Please contact us at rosekhbeis@khbeis.com addressing the manufacturing issue, send us a valid proof of purchase from www.rosekhbeis.com or any or our authorized retailres and we will get back to you with the following instructions. Rose Khbeis guarantee is valid for six months after purchase. Your satisfaction is of great value to us.
